Service and Warranty

We calibrate and certify all of our instruments before they leave the premises, even newly shipped-in items to give both the customer and our company peace of mind in knowing what has been delivered is in excellent condition.

Our service department will provide the back-up and support with calibration and repairs of our instruments when needed. Trained personnel, specialising in the laser field are equipped with the necessary tools and equipment to carry out servicing and warranty work in-house. Combined knowledge enables us to repair, service and calibrate most makes and models of surveying and laser instruments.

Our comprehensive hire fleet is available to help customers who may need products for short term use.

The lasers themselves are subject to rigorous tests, for instance a temperature test, the AS2 is specified to work between -10 Degrees C - +50 Degrees C, then every laser is individually tested to assure that it will perform under these job-site conditions.

It is not assumed that if one works they all work. 100% Temperature tested.

The L4.7, L4.7 Magnum, AS2, AS2 Magnum and the R7 Receivers are covered by the Guardian Warranty.

GUARDIAN 36 MONTH WARRANTY - This covers any defects in materials and workmanship.

It also covers parts for the internal levelling mechanism, laser diode, internal optics and rotating mirror against damage from any cause.

The Alpha laser is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of original purchase.
